Floor Preparation
McPherson Timber Floors can remove and dispose of old flooring materials such as tiles, carpet, slate, cork, linoleum or any engineered flooring. The sub-floor is then assessed and, where required, any necessary work is undertaken to ensure the floor is level and suitable to lay the floor.

Floor Sanding, Coating and Finishing
Scott uses the best timber flooring equipment and tools including dustless sanding machines to minimise the amount of dust in your home.
Floor finishes vary depending on the product used, such as:
Solvent based polyurethane - high gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matt
Synteko - solvent/resin based polyurethane - semi-gloss and matt
Water based product - high gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matt.
